More and more Ohio courts are finding they need to hire an interpreter in some cases, because a defendant or a key witness does not speak English. And now, the Ohio Supreme Court is stepping in, to help local judges decide when an interpreter should be brought in. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen reports. |
