Order Online : "The State of Ohio"
This week on "The State of Ohio": State lawmakers consider what they can do in the wake of the horrible and yet miraculous escape story out of Cleveland involving three women held prisoner in a house for a decade. And more thoughts on legislation that would dramatically change rules on unions in Ohio.

By Karen Kasler - April 13, 2007

Construction of the $14 million building wouldn't begin till October, after the two-week-long All American Quarter Horse Congress, one of the Expo Center's largest events.
