Lawmakers try to persuade governor to keep special education vouchers with unique meeting.

A program that would provide private school vouchers for thousands of special needs students isn't likely to get cut by lawmakers working out the differences between the House and Senate versions of the budget. But it could meet an end with a veto from the governor. So, three lawmakers who back the program brought in some emotional artillery to make their case. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports.
