President Bush's commutation of the prison sentence of convicted white house aide Lewis "Scooter" Libby is prompting calls for other convicts to be handed clemency. Here in Ohio, a state legislator says imprisoned former Congressman James Traficant should have his prison sentence set aside. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the story. |
