The Ohio Supreme Court is telling judges across the state to make sure they offer interpreters to defendants and key witnesses who are deaf or hard of hearing. The top court is also trying to help the local judges figure out when interpreters should be brought in. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen has the story. |
