This week on "The State of Ohio": State lawmakers consider what they can do in the wake of the horrible and yet miraculous escape story out of Cleveland involving three women held prisoner in a house for a decade. Justices tell courts to ensure they're watching out for all those in the system - including the deaf.

The Ohio Supreme Court is telling judges across the state to make sure they offer interpreters to defendants and key witnesses who are deaf or hard of hearing. The top court is also trying to help the local judges figure out when interpreters should be brought in. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen has the story.
