Order Online : "The State of Ohio"
This week on "The State of Ohio": State lawmakers consider what they can do in the wake of the horrible and yet miraculous escape story out of Cleveland involving three women held prisoner in a house for a decade. New data shows more than half of all violent crimes are committed by a very small numbers of offenders. Lawmakers are now working to target that tiny group. High water shuts down major state route, but business is up at one shop.
By Mandie Trimble - August 22, 2007
Much of Mansfield's main thoroughfare was closed because of high water. Cheryl Zellner owns Thunder Road Drive Thru, a pizza and sub shop, on State Route 13 in Mansfield. Zellner's business was busy yesterday because it is located just north of where the road was closed. She was able to get into downtown Mansfield this morning and describes what it looks like.

Zellner says a massive clean up is underway at the Mansfield Post Office. She says the water has been pumped out, but lots of mud and sludge remain. Her business did not receive any flood damage. All but one of her employees made it to work Tuesday.
