Voters will see Issue 1 on ballot, though votes won't count - and lawmakers are concerned.

If you go to the polls next Tuesday, you'll see a statewide issue on the ballot - it's actually the new state law putting limits on strip clubs. But you'll also see a notice that any votes cast on the issue won't be counted. It's the second time in two years that an invalid issue has appeared on the ballot, and some legislators and elections officials say they have a plan to avoid that confusing situation in the future. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
