For the second time in a week, an inmate is removed from Ohio's death row. Ken Richey was freed from prison a few days ago, a few months after an appeals court ruled his original lawyers mishandled his case. Now, a convicted killer who's been given seven reprieves by two governors has escaped lethal injection permanently, just two weeks before his latest execution date. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports. |
