New DUI law will allow for forced blood tests - and activists are blasting it.

Later this year, it's likely that a new law will take effect in Ohio, giving police the power to forcibly take blood from suspected repeat drunk drivers., so the blood can be tested for alcohol. Gov. Ted Strickland is planning on signing the idea into law next week, but civil libertarians are warning that they might help challenge the plan's constitutionality in court. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
