The U.S. Department of Energy estimates it will cost $5 billion to $12 billion - and it will take 36 years - to clean-up the old Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Pike County. The exact amount will be determined at least in part by a new Site Specific Advisory Board. W-O-U-B's Fred Kight has the story.
