Booster seat bill on the fast track through the Ohio Senate.

A bill that would mandate children between the ages of four and eight ride in booster seats in cars is getting a hearing in a Senate committee. Brian Newbacher with the Ohio AAA says the bill has already passed in the Ohio house. He says the legislation is sorely needed.
