Ohio's new attorney general is set to be sworn in later this week. When Democrat Richard Cordray takes office, he will be figuring out how to handle issues that came up earlier this year when former attorney general Marc Dann was in office. Cordray says he's ready for the task of deciding how to handle those situations. |

| Two female employees hired by Dann are suing him and the office for creating an environment that allowed sexual harassment to occur. One of the employees has since quit her job. Another is out on sick leave right now. Efforts to settle that case out of court have been unsuccessful so far. |
