Gov. Ted Strickland took more than a hour to deliver his third annual State of the State address to legislators, but it was packed full of material. He proposed ways to fill a multi-billion dollar money hole in the state budget, plus big changes in the way Ohio schools teach children and the way schools are paid for. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
