Gov. Ted Strickland is proposing scrapping Ohio's tenth grade level high school graduation exams and replacing them with other tests and projects. That raises a big question: would his plan raise the bar or lower it for high schoolers seeking a diploma? Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has some answers from the governor and some key lawmakers. |
