The headlines tell us that Northeast Ohio is bleeding jobs. The impression is that employment prospects in this region are bleak. But, in fact, thousands of jobs here go wanting due to a mismatch between what employers need and what the available talent pool currently offers. From Ohio Public Radio member station WCPN, David C.
