New data shows more than half of all violent crimes are committed by a very small numbers of offenders. Lawmakers are now working to target that tiny group. Once again, activists for and against charter schools sound off about what they're doing in Ohio.

A new report shows the vast majority of Ohio's for profit charter schools are not accountable to the communities they serve and the students in those schools do not perform academically as well as their counterparts in public schools. But advocates for charter schools are taking issue with the report. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles has both sides of the story.
