House passes ODOT budget; includes money for trains and work-zone speed cameras.

The Ohio House of Representatives has approved a %$9.8 billion state transportation budget for the next two years. Republicans criticized it as too bloated. Democrats defended it. But, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, much of the debate wasn't so much over the budget itself as it was over side issues such as passenger trains and using cameras to catch speeders
