State senators have okayed a $6.2 billion transportation budget for Ohio. But the debate revealed partisan disagreements over side issues that could impact Ohio drivers virtually every day, including seat belts and passenger trains in the 3-C corridor. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report. |
