Some Ohio legislators are now worrying there could be something like a $2 billion hole in the latest version of the proposed two-year state budget. It's a gap that could spark huge cuts in social welfare programs. State senators spent two hours Thursday grilling the state budget director about the mess. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
