Last Friday came the bad news that Ohio's official unemployment rate had shot up to 10.2%, the highest rate in a quarter century. NOW, officials have released a county-by-county breakdown, and it shows some big differences in the jobs picture across the state. Details now from statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen. |
