Order Online : "The State of Ohio"
This week on "The State of Ohio": The budget is on its way to a committee that will hammer out the differences before the end of the month deadline. But there are serious issues on both sides that could slow down the talks. A billion dollars is headed back to Ohio employers who paid into the state’s Bureau of Workers' Comp program. State offering amnesty to another group that may have members with lapsed licenses.
By Bill Cohen - August 12, 2009

Kevin Miller is head of the State Cosmetology Board.
Kevin Miller (:29)
Miller says former cosmetologists who want to get back into the business without having to re-take the licensing exam should get in touch with his board by phone or over the internet.
