Women in Ohio continue to lag behind men in education and earning power, according to a new study from a women's policy think tank. The report from the Ohio State University's Institute on Women, Gender and Public Policy shows women make $.73 for every dollar men do. | Graber says only 23% of Ohio women have four or more years of college, which puts Ohio in the bottom elevent states in terms of educational attainment for women. And she notes that Ohio ranks 33rd for the percentage of state legislative seats held by women. |
