Legislators considering taking on "round two" with payday lenders.

For the second time in two years, Ohio legislators are working on a plan to crack down on payday loan stores. The House Financial Institutions Committee held a hearing on it today. Lawmakers and Ohio voters last year approved a limit on the interest rate the lenders may charge, but many of the stores are charging about the same amount as before, by tacking on extra fees. Here's the second part of a two-part series from statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen.
