New election overhaul would eliminate so-called "golden week".

Democrats in the Ohio House are considering yet another bill that would overhaul the state's election system. But this time, the bill contains a new measure that the legislation's sponsor, Democratic Rep. Dan Stewart, says would make it easier for people to register to vote.

Stewart says the bill would get rid of the overlap week between the time when voter registration ends and actual voting begins. It would also allow for more early voting sites.
