Cleveland is in the news nationally and internationally this week for the type of crime that strikes fear and loathing across borders -- - mass murder, brutal assaults and serial killings of women. Only yesterday did we start to learn the identities of the victims, just as the accused was formally charged in court with murder, rape and kidnapping.
