Ohio's next execution is scheduled for December 8, and it could make history. The state may become the first in the nation to use a single drug to put an inmate to death, or may be the first ever to allow a lethal injection to be shot into a muscle rather than a vein. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler talked to some experts about these changes to the lethal injection process. |
