Senate plan to plug budget hole stalls at the last minute when minority Democrats balk.

An impasse continues in the Ohio legislature over how to fill a projected $850 million hole in the state budget. Some of the Republicans who dominate the Senate floated a plan today to partially delay this year's cut in the state income tax, but the idea was quickly shot down by two groups of lawmakers who had totally opposite reasons for their criticism. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
