Senators have okayed a bill that had been hung up in debate for about five months - it would change old and antiquated regulations on local telephone companies. Consumer groups say this bill is better than a previous version, but, as Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports, they aren't ready to call it a good plan as it heads toward the House. |
