For years, one of the most combative and controversial members of Congress was from northeast Ohio. Jim Traficant's outrageous outbursts were silenced when he was expelled from Congress and locked up in federal prison in 2002. He's free now, and no longer quiet. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler talked one-on-one with Jim Traficant about what he plans to do next.
