Gov. Ted Strickland's annual state-of-the-state speech today drew mixed reviews from Ohio legislators. The reaction was divided pretty much along party lines, as the Democratic governor outlined several proposals he contended could help the state recover from its economic doldrums. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report. |
