The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled a state law that makes it illegal to send pornographic material to people under the age of 18 is constitutional. The law had been questioned because some people thought it could be over-reaching by applying to chat rooms or blogs and other internet communication that could be accessible to children. Cordray says the court's ruling has put those concerns to rest. |
