Gov. Ted Strickland stuffed his State of the State speech yesterday with a list of new programs designed to create and keep jobs in Ohio. But is critics have been saying those are just programs that are being repackaged or should have been done before now. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler talked to two economists about that. |
