Lawmakers from both parties team up on bill to close legal holes in domestic violence laws.

Domestic violence is the second on the list of top crimes in Ohio, and costs the state more than a billion dollars a year in medical care and others services for victims. But two state lawmakers say loopholes in the legal system allow it to happen, and they want to close them. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports.
