Every year, thousands of low and moderate income Ohioans fail to take advantage of a federal tax break that's worth thousands of dollars. That's why top Ohio government officials are revving up a campaign to tell people about it, and to even offer free tax filing services so they can get the tax break. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has details.
