President Obama's proposed 2011 budget includes a fairly large cut in funding for the hard-fought-for Great Lakes Restoration initiative. That has environmental groups upset, and lobbying Congress to keep the funding at the current level. From Ohio Public Radio Station WCPN in Cleveland, Bill Rice has more. |
