Convince some of Ohio's 611 school districts to consolidate, so only about 400 remain. That's one of the more controversial recommendations in a report from two think tanks --- the Brookings Institution and the Greater Ohio Policy Center. They say trimming the education bureaucracy is one way to help achieve a goal that's actually the title of their study: "Restoring Prosperity." Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report. |
