The decision has been expected for weeks, but it's finally official. Voters will make the call on whether slot machines will be installed at the state's horseracing tracks, which means a success for a trio of conservative activists who were angry when the governor and legislators approved the idea last summer. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports. |
