The Republican primary for the Ohio Secretary of State's office has become one of the races to watch this primary season. It pits a well funded Statehouse veteran against a woman who's never held statewide office and barely has enough in her campaign account to pay for a set of tires for a car. Based on those facts alone, it might appear this race is over before it starts. But as Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, there's more to this story than meets the eye.
