With a strong bi-partisan vote, state senators have voted to give tax breaks to developers of wind and solar energy in Ohio. Still, there was lively debate over the idea on the Senate floor, before the measure was okayed and sent to the Ohio House for more consideration. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
