Lawmakers hope to quickly move a bill on speeding tickets and radar.

Some Ohio legislators from both sides of the political spectrum are pushing for a new state law that would overturn a controversial decision by the state supreme court. The justices have ruled that Ohio police have the authority to issue speeding tickets without using radar as proof of a violation. But the lawmakers say that's unfair and should be overruled. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
