There's doubt building that slots at racetracks issue may make it to the fall ballot.

Something strange is happening with that upcoming referendum vote by Ohioans on whether to endorse or kill a plan that the governor and legislators passed to authorize slot machines at race tracks. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports on speculation that the measure may actually be taken off the ballot, so the slots may be plugged in without an okay from voters.
