As Congress debates a response to the BP oil spill, environment activists are trying to capitalize on it by pushing for tighter safety standards and moving to alternative energy. They've put out a study that shows many states have suffered through smaller-scale oil spills and pipeline accidents, including Ohio. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen reports. |
