Governor-elect John Kasich has formed a committee to plan and conduct the inauguration ceremony January 10, along with other inauguration events. The chair of the committee is the chair of the Franklin County Republican Party, Doug Preisse. Here's what Preisse told statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen.
