A proposal to ban texting-while-driving and hand violators $150 traffic tickets appears to be dead in the Ohio legislature. State representatives okayed the idea back in March. But state senators are not moving the bill toward a floor vote, and the current two-year legislative session is nearing an end. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
