Governor-elect John Kasich has been promising a "new day" in Ohio government, but he's picked a veteran state official to head up the Ohio Department of Transportation. It's Jerry Wray, who was the agency's director throughout the 1990's under two earlier Republican governors, George Voinovich and Bob Taft. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
