Gov.-elect John Kasich says he intends to pay some of his top people more than what people in those same positions were earning under Gov. Strickland. But labor union leaders says they are worried Kasich will do that on the backs of state workers who are already overworked and underpaid. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports. |
