Some advocates of government programs for children, the elderly, the poor, and disabled have said Gov. John Kasich’s proposed two-year state budget doesn’t cut government programs as deeply as they had feared. But that’s not stopping another coalition of activist groups from protesting spending cuts at the Capitol. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report. |
