The developer of casinos in Cleveland and Cincinnati will pay the state millions more in fees. In return, Dan Gilbert got video slots at horse racing tracks, and what he wanted regarding taxes on casino wagers. Kevin Niedermier of member station WKSU reports on the details released today from the agreement reached over the weekend between Gilbert and Gov. John Kasich. |
