Gov. John Kasich used his line-item veto on just over half a dozen provisions in the new two-year state budget. As Ohio Public Radio Karen Kasler reports, while they’re considered minor disagreements in a budget that the governor clearly supports, there is one veto that’s a bit of a surprise. |
