More than two months before election day, the TV ad war over Issue 2 has erupted. Activists who think the new collective bargaining law cuts the power of public employee unions too much have fired the first shot. But defenders of the law claim that that shot will backfire. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
